Damian-Bulwark Pest Control

Our service tech is Damian Terry. We couldn't ask for a nicer more pleasant person to do the service. He is thorough and always addresses any special concerns we may have. Very respectful of our property. Always punctual and always has a smile on his face. We appreciate the service and have never had any bug issues inside the house or garage despite nearby construction.

Bulwark Pest Control

Need someone who cares as much about those creepy crawly critters inside your house as your wife does?? Well, call Dallin Peugnet from Bulwark Pest Control. He returned to our house - no extra charge - to take care of those inside pests since we were not at home when he came to spray outside. He came at the right time and performed the service with professionalism and pride. NO MORE BUGS INSIDE! His spraying killed the critters. We want him back next month .... just in case a new threat looms.

Great service

Dallin Peugnet did a very good job today. We was early for the appointment, he was polite, did everything I requested to get sprayed and even applied product to our plants that I wasn't aware that we needed. He did a great job and hope he comes back to help us again.

Dustin more than met my expectations. He was knowledgeable about the service I'd requested; he reviewed everything I had previously agreed to when I set up service. He was thorough and completed the job in a very professional manner. And he was on time!!!

He also took the time to answer all of our questions and explain how the treatment works.

The tech was friendly and introduced himself to me.He asked if we had any specific problems that needed to be addressed. Upon completion he let me know if he had seen anything unusual that needed his attention. The techs name was Joe Rubalcal. Keep up the good work!

Bulwark Pest really are the Best

I have been using Bulwark Exterminating for the past 5 years and i have nothing but praise for the technicians.

They are both friendly and professional.

The tech Dustin has been coming several times now and he does a thorough job, always asking if there are any problems that need taking care of. He is a keeper!

Bulwark Techs in the West are Truly the Best! :-)

My previous pest control company was Arizona Exterminating. I had several bad customer service experiences with them in that they just didn't care about my pest control problems and they were NEVER successful in resolving my scorpion issue... In steps Bulwark!!! They showed great empathy and concern for my problem and launched a full-scale attack to rid my home of scorpions… and it WORKED!

The technicians I've worked with are professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My new technician Jameson is awesome. He is friendly, helpful, and enthusiast about his work. The leadership team at Bulwark has done a great job training and coaching their technician to be the best. They should be proud! Thank you, Team Bulwark! :-)

overall good experience

i have never had a pest problem until i moved into an apartment and ended up with roaches. the apartment could not get rid of the so when we moved we took all precautions not to bring them with us but well they are roaches and they are determined to stay. we had tried everything to get rid of them so we finally decided to pay a professional. i found bulwark on service magic and out of three companies they called me back first. the man i spoke to was very nice and worked with my budget to the fullest. the type of roaches i have require mulitple treatments but anytime i call to have them come out to retreat, they have someone out very quickly and the person they send is always very nice. specifically Taylor L. and Rodney of the mesa office. even though we are still working on getting rid of the roaches they are trying different techniquesand they do not give up. overall i have to say i really like this company and would recommend them to anyone.
