Don't be suckered into this crapy place

Twice I had contacted this place inquiring about the price for highlights and they both told me it was $35.00. After spending 4 hours in the poor nervous guys chair, they tell me my bill is $70. When asked what did that include, she said highlights and a hair cut. I told her I was quoated $35 twice by her staff and she said it starts at $45 and because my hair was longer than shoulder length. I asked her why her staff didn't say the highlights start at $45, they told me $35. She couldn't explain what the other $25 dollars was I being charged for.......idiots! He didn't even do a good job! I should have paid $100 like I normally do for a professional job somewhere else.......now I know!
