Cold Food, Horrible Service

We spent two hours at Applebees, only to be severely disappointed. Initial wait was shorter than expected - great! But then hostess mis-pronounced our name, and when corrected she said "whatever!"

Waiter took his time taking drink orders, bringing drinks, bringing appetizers. Never got appetizer plates, ate off of drink napkins. Other waitresses finally brought out food, much of it cold. No silverware. Finally brought silverware, but then waiter distracted by other customers and didn't give Grandpa any silverware, he still couldn't eat. They DID nuke our son's macaroni and cheese so it would be warmer - yuck. Grandma's salad which she orders regularly had a strange taste - they took her salad off the bill.

Waiter moved slower than I've ever seen a waiter move. Many other customers were served before we were - they had faster wait crew.

Terribly disappointing - we won't spend our dining dollars there again, not in this economy.
