Oh my! best meal in a while... By miles. While I was first looking forward to this place as a chocolaholic, I have to say that once I tasted my stake I was in heaven. My wife tried the chicken madeira and it was delicious as well (I at about half of it).

Well worth it, a must if you are around the North East of town. If you are going there on Thursday through Saturday in the evening you should make a reservation...

Homemade food. Finally had a burger here for lunch with my family the other day. I know that they burgers are handmade and they make a big deal about it since everything here is homemade. I got the Maytag burger which isn't something I would normally try but the server recommended it and I did not want to go with a regular cheese burger this time. It came with blue cheese (not a fan except on steak) and small pieces of bacon (nice touch), with all the fixings and it was pretty darn good. I thought the blue cheese was a little strong for my taste but the burger was very good. I have had dinner here a few time and cant recall what I ate but the food is always fantastic. The service is always top notch and the lemonade is fresh and very good. I like that they have call ahead seating here so that we dont have to wait long on busy nights and the atmosphere is very Scottsdale and the price isn't cheap but it is a nice place to take a date (or in my case my lovely wife). Was good NOW TERRIBLE. The restaurant has gone down hill. We had a terrible meal last Friday. Our tab was $75+ for two entree's, one came out cold, the other completely over cooked. TERRIBLE/ AWFUL. Food has gone down hill. John the owner cares nothing about the customers. Brad, Manager, caresnothing for his employees and the servers hate him which shows in the overall service: poor. We ate here when it was just opened in 2005 and have eaten here stedily in the last 4 years. Food is now more like $$$ fast food.

My fave spot. This is my favourite restaurant. The food is A+ quality, presentation and value. Service is of the utmost professionalism and friendliness. The atmosphere of its rich, dark chocolate decor is simply inviting to relax and enjoy their food and drinks. Amazing...I hope they build one in Rochester. I am a free-lance photographer living in Rochester but go to AZ a few times a year. I spend my entire plane ride thinking of what I will eat at White Chocolate Grill...I head there as soon as the plane lands. I have a hard time deciding between the turkey dip or the filet cobb salad...but I usually go more than once on a visit so I can have both....and I always get desert...white chocolate banana cream pie or the bread pudding...I always bring my travel companions for a visit, or recomend it to friends going to Scottsdale...Not a single complaint!

Service: Excellent. My server even remembered me from my visit a few months ago. She told me they are opening a store in Chicago. I will have to make sure I visit the windy city more often now.

My favorite place to bring friends. These guys sure know what they are doing. My wife can't get by the parmesan crusted filet, I crave the prime rib dip. Every time we bring friends they are impressed. The desserts are incredible, especially the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and the white chocolate brownie. The room is pretty cool as well. I have had great service every time, Justin was our last server, very good. A little out of the way for us but worth it.
