Very Poor Service

My first appt. with Dr. King took 2 3/4 hours! (35 minutes to fill out paperwork) I was left alone so long in the exam room that I thought everyone had left for the day. When I opened the door I saw the waiting room dark and no one in sight. I had to go find someone and when I asked about Dr. King coming back Robert told me I THINK she's still here. I liked Dr. King but found her front staff to be very rude. I was totally ignored until I leaned over the desk and said Excuse me?? Robert gives the impression that he would rather be anywhere than in that office. Since I was there for some pre-op testing & referrals I was told to make an appt. closer to surgery date. I got the referrals for radioloogy and told that if I had any questions all I needed to do was call the office. I later noticed that the wrong body part was listed on the radiology referral. I called the next day to ask about the referral and make the appt. And I called every day for 3 days and left messages (since they don't answer the phone) without a call back. It has since been 3 weeks and still no return phone call. Dr. King and her med student are very detailed orientated but her staff is going to ruin her practice.

Robert needs to go!!

have read the other reviews and agree with the overall review that King is great doctor. She takes her time and listens intently my complaint is much like the others. I was referred to my ob/gyn from King to remove an ovary and King's staff completely messed up the auth for the insurance company and didn't submit the correct paparework. Other issues included incorrect test results for my diabetic husband and Robert actually called me at worked and screamed not yelled at me as heard by others in my office when I put him on speaker phone. They don't return phone calls and call you a liar that you ever left a message. Robert flat refused to my request to have king return my call This guy has issues. I have since left and cannot believe he is still there. I have heard him on the phone with others and know that the treatment I received from him is common place. King is an idiot for not getting rid of him and she is losing patients and money by the buckets with him there. Get a life Robert!!!

• Cons: Good luck getting past Robert. The guy is bipolar
