CUSTOMER SERVICE?? HATE EM AND LOVE EM

I have been a t-mobile customer for 2 years now, before i signed up with t-mobile my friends and i went to this location for pricing & info, the reps were good about answering all my questions regarding phones, plans and features, but were way to pushy and in a hurry to get me to sign, so i didnt until a week later. now 2 years later ive decide to renew my contract, i must say i am VERY SATISFIED with my SALES REP. NATHAN COHN he has been EXTREMELY helpful and patient with me. i must add is also polite & friendly, UNLIKE the BLONDE GIRL who is very RUDE to you if you are not her customer. i highly recommend NATHAN COHN if your looking EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, i hope i've helped by writing this review. ~~A HAPPY T-MOBILE CUSTOMER~~
