Not a Well Managed Property

I have had my condominium for seven years now and have never seen a property so neglected. There are projects in better condition than this. The second floor patios are cracked and beginning to crumble. One of the buildings is virtually sinking. There are condos that have leaked so bad that there is mold and walls that are not plastered on the interior so that the residence home looks horrible. One person is missing a bathroom and has her toilet and sink in the tub. Due to deficits the property management has held back on these projects. Knowing that VCM manages sixty-five properties I can just imagine the condition of the others. When buying a condo, do your research. Make sure VCM is not the property management company.
