Definitely NOT worth your time or money

I paid them a lot of money and got nothing but fancy letters going to the wrong people. Once you pay them and they write these letters, that's it. Nothing. The people they research to send letters to don't have responsibilties to hire and many of them were already on Monster. A lot were just other recruiters. Some of the favorable coments on Citysearch...Allie, Judi, and Roger are employees of CDR. DO NOT waste your time and money with these people. I wish I had read tis before I talked to them.

What a CROC!!!

What a Croc! Judi Nunley is part of the CDR Group coverage in a company called "Global Solutions" which just goes through a different door at the CDR office on Camelback.

Allie Groupman is actually and employee of CDR and works for both Brian Randall and Roger Shindler, who is a Vice President of CDR. How''s that for coincidence???

Professional Assistance is Helpful

I visited with many employment firms is Phoenix while conducting my job search. Most of them were centered on seminars and testing, plus direction on how I should do my own research. CDR presented a different approach that made sense to me. I reviewed the letters that are displayed on this site and felt comfortable that this was an active approach versus the other more theoretical approaches. Here is the letter is sent as referral for those who are being careful as I was.

Now I am safely installed in my new job of Director of Global Executive Education at Michigan State University, in East Lancing, I would like to thank the whole team at CDR for all your help during the process of selecting the correct job position for me over the last ten weeks. When I first met with you, I was very unsure about the sort of career I wanted to focus on. If anything, I had too little in the way of specifics and too many thoughts on options. Your thoughtful help and guidance, advice and just pure listening and understanding abilities helped me to create a specific campaign of engagement which resulted in the successful award of this job to me. It must be remembered that this position was granted to me despite the current economic conditions, and it just shows that if you can package the right product in the right place at the right time, excellent jobs are available at good salary levels. I know you will be continuing to mentor me over the coming months, and I look forward to your continuing advice guidance and friendship. Best wishes Keith

Cost vs Results is very questionable; Would not recommend

I would not recommend this company. It was a poor decision on my part after I thought I had done adequate research. Initially, what I was told by sales/marketing was not delivered by operations. My chosen field is financial services which is a tough market today, yet, I found the overall effort to be quite minimal until I challenged it and then and only then was additional effort put forth. I gave 110%+ along with a hefty fee and got basically nothing to show for the efforts. This was not a hasty decision either, it came after a long period ot time and frustration. My efforts indepedent of the mailings got better results and more interviews than this service. Be very careful when signing on here and make sure that you interview with your counselor along with person doing the sales pitch. After the fact, and they have your money; you are bound.

• Cons: Cost vs effort; Sales overstated abilities of counselors

I reserached them all, this is the best

Just wanted to drop you and the rest of the CDR team a note that my campaign has been successful. I was offered a position yesterday from a company that received one of the mailings and I plan on accepting today.

no false promises

Tony, Oxford Life is really working out well. They are in the process of really upgrading their personnel, and I guess in some ways, I am spearheading it. The job is fun, and I am being given a lot of freedom in the way I work and get things done. I would rather speak with folks that would like me to talk to. I feel very strongly about how well your system works. Having gone thru previous job searches where I was forced to use the old techniques, your process is a lot smarter and results are achieved a lot faster. I remember Brian telling me that it could take me 2-6 months, and we did it in 2. That said, feel free to have people call me or if you wish, I can call them when I have a chance. My message to them will be simple ? the system really works if they are willing to make the initial and follow-up calls. Take care, and my best to all of you.

I have accepted a position with AIR Marketing as Director of Interactive Marketing. The package includes a significant base salary and in three months we will devise a profit sharing plan since I will be in charge of developing an entire department. I expect my total compensation to be close to my expectations by early next year.

Great employment assistance

Yesterday I went on my follow up interview with Aeon Development and I was offered the job. This was unbelievable after hearing there were over 400 resumes for the position. There is no doubt in my mind that if it weren?t for you and the CDR Group I would have never had a chance. The letter of introduction you wrote worked great. I received a call for my first interview and they never even saw my resume. I know that the letter along with having it hand delivered was my ticket into the front door. That is all I was asking for, a chance for an interview.

I can?t say thank you enough. Your letter was awesome and the day of training was all worth the effort.
