Amazing Service - Whoever wrote a 1 star is obviously didnt work with these guys

I live in Phoenix and I have worked with these men and women at ICSworld and have been to there offices!! Young and inexperienced could not be further from the truth. While I was there I showed one of the investigators the city search review, we had a chuckle and he said he had to get back to work on my case. He actually seamed to know who the people were who wrote the review and rolled his eyes. There was more integrity in that office then I have seen anywhere in this country in a long time. Don't believe it, give them a call and find out for yourself. Thanks for letting me have my two cents.

• Pros: Integrity, Honesty, Results
• Cons: I didnt like the fact that I had to wait for surveillence reports till the next day.

ICS helped protect a child abuser!

I live in Michigan and discovered some very distrubing things being done to my grandchildren in Phoenix AZ. Hired ICS to obtain evidence to back up accusations made by grandchild. Only thing done by ICS was a computer name check! Charged $2000.00! Refused refund. Continuing with attempts to obtain refund with BetterBusiness Bureau of Phoenix. , by the way, I had to take a leave from job due the accusations were TRUE!

Trying to keep grandchildren out of foster care.

Bad Business

Very Rude and horrible customer service. Investigators will try to avoid you as much as possible once you pay them. Bad Bad business...your case will never be resolved. Don't sign with them.

Buyer beware!

They handled my investigation with complete incompetence, were rude to in every way possible, and placed unauthorized charges on my credit card for services that went beyond what I requested or agreed to. Be careful what you sign with this company, and have the contract reviewed by a lawyer before doing so. Better yet, just don't do business with them.

These guys have a slick website that advertises betder business bureau membership. But go to the bedter business bureau website and check out how many complaints have been logged against them!
