I had never had a massage before and my girlfriend always recommended it to me. She finally set me up for an appt the other day. I was a little nervous to get a massage but from the time I walked in the door the front desk really made me feel comfortable. They sat down and explained how the session was going to work and really customized my session with a great therapist. Cristina was amazing. She got all of my knots out that I have had for years!! It was something that made me walking away feeling no stress what so ever. I was amazed at the was one massage could make me feel that I am going to keep coming back. Massage Envy ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Customer service, great massages, hours, cost

Cons: having to leave because it was so great!!

Yesterday I went into Massage Envy after receiving a referal from my Physical Therapist office that I go to. The experience from the time I walked into the door was amazing. I never felt so warm and welcomed to a facility before. They customized my session to fit my needs perfect. I let them know at the time of scheduling over the phone what type of massage I was looking for, which was more therapeutic and man did the fit it like a shoe. I was amazed by the experience that the therapist had and at the price I paid. No where else will you find a massage that good for that price!! The wellness program is also amazing that I had to sign up for it. I was also able to use my FSA plan through work, which made it even more flexible and affordable for me!! I would highly recommend it to everyone!!! Thank you Massage Envy

EXCELLENT MASSAGE! Their manager, Samantha, was extremely accomodating and make me feel as if I was their top priority. I found it be a relaxing and professional experience from the moment I walked in the door. Before the massage the therapist met with me and we discussed what I wanted the focus of the massage to be on. Also, spent a few minutes talking with me at the end of the session, giving me suggestions as to how to keep myself relaxed and then gave me a bottle of water -- a nice touch! It is very affordable and would not go to any other place for a massage!!!!

Pros: Customer Service, affordable, beautifully decorated, friendly, relaxing

Everything about Massage Envy was wonderful. From the time i walked into the door, it was nothing but customer service. The girls at the front desk were super friendly and very knowledgable. One of the girl walked around from the front desk and took me back a nice quiet room, customized my massage, and just made me feel really comfortable. Shortly after, my therapist took me back to the room and my massage was awesome. This clinic is very professional and i will reccomend it to others :).

The San Tan Massage Envy has a great atmosphere and they make the benefits of getting a massage really affordable! I didn't expect to get such wonderful service or such a skilled therapist at a chain business. My experience at the San Tan site was better than some of the massages I've had at 5 star resorts! I highly recommend this place to my friends.

could overlook the experience with the "fortune teller" massage therapist whose phone goes off in the middle of the massage with a ring tone of "I believe I can fly", but can't overlook the experience with rude management on a different visit. I will not bore you with the details, I will only say that there is nothing more frustrating then rude management with 0 customer service skills but thinks differently, is quick to point fault and accusations (without knowing the facts) and making oneself look so wonderful because they were not charging for cancelling the appointment . Spare me! The reason the appt had to be cancelled was because the massage therapist was going to be late. NOT a customer cancelling. Massage Envy was going to be late. Anyway, enough of this. I am not trying to sway anyone either way, this company will be in business just because I am sure they have approx. 70% of the massage population. I just know that I will not recommend this franchise to anyone personally nor will I spend anymore of my hard earned money at a place that does not demonstrate that you the customer is valued.

My husband and I (I have a membership and he does not) have scheduled 3 massages together. Twice they have been cancelled due to 'scheduling errors' made by Massage Envy staff. Once my membership is up, I will cancel immediately. There is no advantage to having a membership since after your first massage, everyone pays the same price. Now I am at massage envy's mercy when and IF, my massage is not cancelled. Never again!

The other day when i went into Massage Envy i was very skeptical because i had heard some very negative things about this location, but i went anyways, i should have listened to them! when i walked in things were so unorganized and the front desk staff was incredibly rude and seemed to have no experience at all. They did not know what they were talking about and made themselves look like idiots. It was the most unpleasent time being pressured about some membership that these girls did not even know about... why would i sign to something when the employees dont even know about? The massage was OK, the therapis was very unexperienced and did not listen to what i wanted/needed. The manager was the most unprofessional person and very demanding and fake.. over all a very horrible experience and something that was not comfortable! i will never recomend this clinic to anyone...

Pros: not much..

Cons: very crowded, unprofessional, unorganized

I had gone to this clinic because someone had given me a gift certificate. My friend had recommended Kathleen, wow what an experience. It was the best massage I have ever had. Her technique is very thorough. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I had my first ever massage at this clinic. I was a little nervous but the staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The therapist was great. I am hooked.
