I used Delicious Deliveries for the first time last night and it was awesome! I worked all day and was exhausted remembered hearing from a friend about this delivery service. They arrived in under an hour and the food was great!

Always nice people on the phone willing to help out and go the extra mile. Last time I ordered there was an item I wanted that wasn't on their menu so they called the restaurant to see if they had it and brought it out to me. great service

Great Service!!

Delicious Deliveries is a great service! They always deliver my orders hot and fresh right to my front door. In my experience the staff on the phones have always been very friendly and helpful, and the drivers professional and prompt. Great service when you're hungry and don't feel like cooking. Highly recommended!

I can't believe the reviews! I have used Delicious Deliveries for a few years now. They were always nice on the phone and at the door. The driver we usually get named John always has a smile and is very friendly! Never had a problem with these guys!

Couldnt be worse!

These people ar out of their minds if they think they're running a business well. Not only are their charges outrageous but their drivers are lacking the intellectual capacity of a brick. Orders wrong,food cold while still being wrong,rude & intellectually challenged phone operators,managers(really?,u call what they do managing?..LOL). PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

This is my first message, as I have never been moved one way or the other to comment on any type of service, however, I am moved today. My husband and I ordered from Delicious Deliveries, they said they would be here in an hour and a half...two hours later they showed up with THE WRONG ORDER and everything was cold! 1/2 of the order was correct, 1/2 was all wrong. I ordered a fisherman's platter (it's st. patrick's day, i'm catholic, i was in the mood for fish) and they brought shrimp and french fries, no fish, no garlic bread, no coleslaw, no tartar sauce. I called and they said they would bring the other 1/2 of my order in another hour. So an hour later, they show up, more cold food, this time it was the fish, no garlic bread, no cole slaw and it was ice cold and soaked in cold fish grease. Disgusting. So I called again to tell them about my disappointment, some lazy kid answers the phone, puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then proceeds to tell me that there is nothing they can do about it. I informed him that his customer service skills are subpar, he then said that the best they could do for me is put a note on my account for my next order to give me $6.99 credit for their ridiculous service charge (Note: this DOES NOT include the driver's tip...a crappy burger and cold fish cost $50). If you have the chance to use a different service, or pick something up for yourself, I think that would be your best bet. These people are not professional, if you DO use them, make sure they don't put hair in your food.

• Cons: Terrible customer service, unreliable, and not worth the cost.
