Yikes!!

I went to get a partial highlight at Toni and Guy in the Chandler mall, and was completely disappointed in the service I received. The colorist was FRANKIE, who was absolutely awful!! He smelled like alcohol and cigarettes from the night before, did not talk AT ALL, and when I asked him a question he would give me a one-word answer. He completely acted like I was a burden, rushed through my color as fast as he could, and then sat me in a stained chair in the back to process, forgot about me, then had the nerve to tell me that 'styling' would be an extra $15. I told him I refused to walk out of there (spending that much money) with wet hair! Then he forgot about me at the sink, with toner in my hair, which started to burn, and there was no one back there to tell. AK, who was amazing and heard what was going on, said no problem, I'll take you and style your hair for free after he heard how Frankie was behaving. But while AK was busy, another young girl started blow drying...and yes..go my hair STUCK in the blowdryer! I was almost on the verge of tears. AK took my away and tried to make it up to me, but I will never go there again. What horrible service with untrained, just out of beauty school people who obviously don't know what they're doing. It was definitely NOT worth the money. I have never had such a horrible experience.
