....a total asset. Hello, my name is Cloe' Picou, I live in phoenix AZ (mesa) & I had the worst virus I’ve ever encountered. I've never had in home computer repair done before and through an online search I located In Home Computer Repair Inc. I sent them one e-mail in complete distress. That evening I received a phone call from 'Rob Star'. Again, the very next day he called (I could hear the empathy in his voice). That afternoon he stopped by. He attempted to quickly complete the repair but needed to take the hard drive with him. The very next day he returned with a repaired pc, saved all my data and didn't even tack on any additional charge. He was so pleasant, un-intrusive, focused and just an all around great guy. I would never call anybody but him and his company in the future. In, addition, he answered any, what I think were silly, questions pleasantly while he was working away. Best computer repair around. I've talked to so many people that just wanted to sell me something. I just wanted my computer fixed and fixed right, in fact I have to say by the time I called in home computer repair I was already really pissed off. I guess Rob could sense my frustration he just said relax, breathe and let me take care of it and you'll be happy I promise. So I did and sure enough he did exactly that, the computer runs better than ever before and I’m very happy. I would highly recommend him. See Rob, I told you I would leave a good review. Really great service. I called In Home Computer Repair out to my home after wasting 4 hours on the phone with a person I’m sure was located in India. I couldn’t believe I could waste so much time and accomplish so little, I was frustrated to say the least. I couldn’t understand how an anti-virus program couldn’t remove a virus let alone continue to run while my computer was infected (Thanks, Symantec). Any way, I called a few places near me and each one had a different solution and the time involved varied greatly from reloading my entire system to 3 hours. Finally, I called In Home Computer Repair and talked to Rob the owner. He was very pleasant to talk to and I knew right away this was the place. He said he had fixed just this problem hundreds of times before and he could do it in about one hour flat. He showed up right on time and sure enough one hour later he was done. He even let me sit, watch and ask questions which I thought was very nice. My computer works great now and I’m very happy with the service I received. Do yourself a favor and call them when you have problems, you won’t be sorry.
