Do not be fooled

My dog used to be so happy here and the shop got sold. I will never use this shop again, as he came out smelly and itchy from the shampoo! I called and left a message and the girl hung up on me! Tried calling many more times to complain and got the run around by the owner. I was even told that it wasnt their fault! well, they are the ones that bathed my dog... it had to be their fault! I will never go here again, and I advise all to be aware!

Amazing Service, and Amazing Employees!!!

I have a Siberian Husky who sheds more than you could believe. I've been to multiple pet groomers over the past 3 years I've had her, and NO ONE has done such an amazing job as Hug N Pups. She comes out as if she has new puppy fur all over again! She doesn't shed for over a month (which if you've seen a Husky, you know is a HUGE deal!) She always comes out smelling nice, groomed exceptionally well, and happy. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else again. The pricing is great too! I haven't found anywhere else that beat thier pricing with thier results. Also, the employees always seem to have smiles on thier faces and a conversation to start! Great people who make you feel very welcomed and appreciative of your business. I'd say if you live in Phoenix, go to Hug N Pups. They are great people and amazing service!
