My wife & I have been clients at Larry Reynolds for 14 weeks. Our results so far have been great. My wife looks and feels better than ever, and I've lost 44 lbs and gained muscle strength. The trainers are knowledgable and well trained. They do a great job of explaining the exercises and proper form; as well as motivating you to get the best workout possible. The diet program is a must for best results.
