I am the Owner of Mr. B's Moonwalk Response to bad Review!!

I am the owner of Mr. B's Moonwalk and felt it necessary to respond to the one bad review I have gotten. This girl bounced a check to me. I was very nice the first 10 times I called her. She never once responded to any of my calls. On one call, she answered, and when I identified myself, she hung up on me. I gave her every opportunity to pay. I Even offered that if times were tough, she could make payments to me. Anything I could do to get the bad check covered.

She kept sending me nasty emails, saying she was broke, that my check was the last on her long list, she might pay me next week, and for 2 months kept putting me off. To this day, I have not been paid. So, after 2 months I told her I was going to post on Criag's List that she was a fraud, as she relies on that for her house cleaning business. She is determined to ruin my business. All this, because she bounced a $200. check on me. She, not I, is the total Psycho! Trust me!!

I assure everyone, I run the most professional, straight up, business that is possible. We always show up, show up on time and will always do a perfect job for you. We have been in business for 17 years and have never not even once, let anyone down. It's a shame that someone that stiffs me, is even allowed to post a negative, when I did nothing wrong, but try to collect a bad check!

Give me a chance and you will be 100% satisfied. GUARANTEED!!

And again as of this date, she has not ever made good on that bad check.

WORST Customer Service EVER

They arrived on time and the product was good, but the customer service I got

after it was picked up was unbelievably rude and the owner kept threatening

that he would slander my name on craigs list and I wasn't doing anything to him

to warrant such actions. My check didn't go through due to someone that wrote ME

a bad check. I never once said I wasn't going to pay him or anything and he kept

sending me threats because he knew I owned a business and kept saying if I didn't

pay him he would make SURE I never got any business again. He is completely psychotic

His prices are cheaper, and you always get what you pay for. I definitely would pay a few extra

bucks to avoid this moron..

Great price!!! nice slides! Showed up early.. WOW!!!! They were waiting at the City Park for us..

We have nothing but great things to say about Mr. B's Moonwalk. They showed up early, their inflatable was clean, delivery guy was very nice and even offered to help us move our party supplies from our truck to the party ramada.

My neighbors reccommended Mr. B's to us and now I see why.

They were the most reasonable price for a job at a City park and were one of the few companies that were allowed to do business at the City Park..

This company showed up on time, had a nice clean Jumper.

They called us the day before and told us not to worry, the party will go smooth and it sure did.
