COM 59th AVE AND NORTH OF CAMELBACK RD the real mexican grill their philosophy is to make you the best carne asada in the the united states very nice place they sale liquor , cook the carne asada in front of you , and very inexpensive , they sell over 10 different types of meat , and over 12 different salsas the meaning of carbon comes from the spanish word that means mesquite charcoal

I think I was expecting something more like an Outback Steakhouse when I went here, what with the name "Gecko Grill" and all. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find shrimp! My friend wasn't, as she's allergic to seafood, but that wasn't going to stop me! Lisa, my friend, brought her epi pen just in case the smell got to her. Whatever, she ate the bread. From the look on her face though the bread was great! Our waiter, John, was very pleasant. He was chatty with us without being overbearing and annoying. The free refills he brought to our table was a nice surprise! We left him a good $20 tip when we left. I would say check this place out!

This place is great. Homemade mexican food at its finest. Seated promptly and our order was taken right away. I had the carne asada and it was killer. The prices and very reasonable and the staff is very friendly.
Pros: Fast service, Great food, good for Kids
Cons: they dont serve beer.
