I've been shopping at Kristyn's since 2004. I live in Tempe and there are many other hallmarks that are closer to me but I ONLY shop at Kristyn's. You can go in and instantly feel welcomed. Kristyn is almost always in the store when i go there and she is the sweetest person ever. This is a wonderful family business and I know that if you're a hallmark shopper, once you shop at Kristyn's no other hallmark can take their place.
Pros: Service, atmosphere
Cons: Parking space
