They did not help me with the legal problem that I had

I signed up with Pre-Paid Legal in February, and from there until August I tried to get their help for a legal problem that I had. The only thing that I got so far was them writing a letter for me about a different issue that had come up a few month later. However, the way that letter was worded, it was obvious that if the receiver of that letter did not respond to me, I was on my own with that issue.

I talked to their customer service in Oklahoma a few times, and they kept telling me someone will help me. About 3 month after I had signed up with that service, the main office finally received information about the problem that I needed resolved when I first signed up with that service. Since I did not get the help I needed for the reason that I had signed up with them, I finally wrote a letter explaining my situation (again) and canceled the service. The only thing I received back from them was a letter saying that my credit card could not be billed for the new fee and what my other payment options are. They did not even acknowledge receiving my letter. I paid my fees for 7 months for something that I never got help with.
