Questions

Circle Tree is a great place to live. It is also a great place to buy as an investment. If anyone has any questions, please call the Circle Tree office and don't read the garbage on this site. The slanderous comments have been flagged 1000 times, but City Search ignores all attempts to correct the information on this site, even though the content is in violation of it's own rules. City Search is a complete joke and someone should be moderating the garbage that gets posted. Hopefully they will remove this post along with the other garbage that has been flagged for abuse.

You just can't fix stupid!
by UglyChicksSuck
Wow! Circle Tree "Therats", I guess the first thing you need to do is to go back to school and learn how to spell the word "threats ". Secondly, I live next to you and overheard all the trash you were talking about how "damn fine" the manager was a few months ago, while you were standing next to your white Mazda Miata with your ugly friends. I wonder who the real stalker is? Your rant sounds like bitter ugly woman who wants someone else's man! Just for your information the "hottie manager" you so cleverly spoke about, he is married and that's not his girlfriend that's his wife! If his wife is "threatened by pretty young women" she has not one thing to worry about when it comes to the likes of you, I have seen prettier looking faces on Alpo cans than your ugly mug. I have lived here 5 years and the Management and staff has been absolutely awesome. Could it be if you are having problems that somehow it is self created? The only downside to this place is people like you (renters) who are 100% psychopathic and are suffering from delusions of grandeur. ( I know those are big, big words so look them up on the Internet) Truthfully you don't need an attorney, what you need is a shrink! BTW the cat calls and whistling when me and my buddies are outside needs to stop, we go out with hot pretty chicks and not tramps like you and your hippopotamus BFF's. The only thing people need to "stay far, far away from" is you! Have you ever thought about moving out so me and my buddies can take our shirts off at the pool, without you and your idiot friends peering at us and making animal noises! (Stalker!) Oh and by the way, when you trash talk people and get in trouble with the HOA? Please don't talk to myself and all of your other neighbors about the "harassment" your allegedly receiving, we all think that you are crazy to begin with. (talk about slander)
- Pros: Great Management
- Cons: Ugly chicks who drive white Mazda Miata's
You wouldn't know the Truth even if it bite you
by TheRealWorld
It is not the truth when you can't even get the facts straight. The Association Manager is married and his wife could careless about who he talks with. She has 3 children with him and she is not concerned if he has to talk to a resident of Circle Tree.
Making slanderous comments about the Association Manager or his wife, the Assistant Association Manager will not get you very far in life. What was your goal in writing a negative review like this? Were you upset that the HOA Manager wouldn't give you the time of day?
I am curious as to why you would say that they are harassing, threatening, stalking, whatever? Maybe because there is a reason, like your violating the rules or that you don't pay your association fees? What ever the reason is, I am sure that they are just doing their job and that you are just an overly sensitive and lonely woman who is disappointed in how her life turned out.
I sure hope that life starts treating you better, so that you don't feel the need to attack the association manager and his family. It might do you good to sign up for E Harmony or Match Maker, I have heard that the even ugly people can find dates.
Sincerely,
RGSC Member

Threats and Harassing Management at Circle Tree
by CircleTreeThreats
The management at Circle Tree is extremely harassing to the point of threatening. As other's have mentioned, once they have a bone to pick, they are vicious. Management is RUDE, threatening (to the point of stalking), and they are on serious power trips. The managers girlfriend is threatened by any and all pretty young women that her boyfriend flirts with - which is ALL of them. As one Circle Tree board member posted "we will prosecute slander" - the TRUTH is not slander. This place is awful. Stay FAR FAR away.
Let the lashings from 'the board' begin....
- Pros: Nothing
- Cons: Everything - threatening and harassing management.
I never should have moved from Circle Tree
by AndyCahalan
I was stupid and I bought a house in December of 2007 for $204,786. Now the houses are going for $90,000 less than what I paid for it. On top of that, I have to pay a huge mortgage and a huge HOA fee that covers pretty much nothing. The HOA at Circle Tree pretty much covers everything including yard maintenance, pool maintenance, trash, water, and insurance, etc.... I miss the days when life was easy and I was living at Circle Tree. Maybe some day, I will move back. If I was smart, I would just walk away from my current house since I owe a lot more than it's worth.
- Pros: Extremely nice and affordable
- Cons: Nothing
Some people are just crazy.
by hewitson
Seriously. Your car was broken down for almost a year and you left the junker in the same place and it was covered in dirt. A couple of months ago, I even saw the HOA washing your car for you, because it looked so bad. I was the one that reported it and wanted it towed away. If you have a problem, just come up stairs and tell me all about it. I was mad that they allowed you to keep it there for so long after they gave you 20 warning to fix it.
- Pros: Nice neighborhood.
- Cons: People like pipsquack

You just cant beat Circle Tree Condominiums! Clean, clean, clean Community with every amenity you could ever ask for. Super nice HOA who takes great care of all the maintenance and the common areas. The property has awesome lighting for safety and covered parking for each unit. The HOA fees are more than affordable and covers almost everything. This is the place to be!

GLAD U GOT TOWED PIPSQACK
by AwesomeAmber
I see PIPSQUACK is a quack, I am so glad that my HOA is cleaning out the parking lots! Who wants to see a bunch of junk cars that don't run. I have called the HOA several times about some old beat up red Mustang and a green Dodge Stealth sitting in the lot. The rules say your car has to be in running condition just like anyplace I have ever lived. I own two units at Circle Tree and rent them out.I know for a fact that if anyone has a criminal background they can't live here, what is this crazy person talking about! Well we wished you would have never moved here either, why don't you sell and move out? This is a very nice safe place to live, my tenants love it here. Well I guess you have to have one nut-job where ever you live. The $150 HOA fee covers the grounds keeping, water, sewer and trash, what a great deal that is :) The only mattress I have ever seen is the one that fell off your car. By the way, if you leave a car that doesn't run on the street the City tows it away as an abandon vehicle.
- Pros: GOOD HOA
- Cons: People like PIPSQUACK
