Valet parking at resort wrecked a ladies bmw who was there to go to spa. Resort refuses to pay full damages to the car. The situation was even aired on a bit called "Three On Your Side" here in Phoenix!! There are resorts here in the valley that are just as, if not MORE beautiful and they wouldn't do this to a person. 3/3/08
