DONT DO IT!

we have been to this place twice now - once at each location and they are terrible to work with. for my mothers wedding they told her that all kinds of things were included and she was working with this really nice girl. well the girl quit or got fired -depending on who you asked - and next thing you know they are going well I dont know who told you that but its wrong and TRASH talking the girl we liked. by the time we were done my mom was in tears! well a gilr at work had recommended the second location and said she had a great experience so we tried them for my wedding. It has been a non - stop nightmare. the payment plan they told us was wrong, the dress was wrong, the owners attitude is basically, well I have your money so too bad

Bottom line? we've been there for 2 weddings. Both times they tell you what you want to hear and then come back and say "they dont know who told you that, but its not true" both times the bride ends up in tears. Both times the company DOES NOTHING to help promote you coming back to their store. the contract they make you sign gives you NO recourse. it basically states that if you decided you dont want to work with them, they still get to keep your money. heads up! this is a family owned business. the three siblings own 3 different stores ! the paperwork is the same at all three and the genral attitude is the same at at least two. do not let these people convince you that they are willing to work with you. you will be in tears and out hundreds of dollars
