at first, things were pretty good, but once i actually picked up the wedding dress i paid for, things pretty much went south. my dress had black spots on it from what looked like grease(god knows how it got there) my veil was torn on the bottom, the girl argued with me telling me that was teh way it should be(pretty sure a 150 dollar veil SHOULDNT BE TORN!) then when they did agree to order a new one, they screwed that up and ordered a completely different veil(that was cheap as hell mind you) and demanded it was the correct veil....of course they screwed up and didnt want to admit it....however, the one good thing was that the owner was more than willing to correct the mistake, but was a little lacking in keeping me updated on the status of my veil. but it did come in a week earlier than planned. overall thouhg, i definitely wont take my business there ever again, and i would not recommend it to anyone..

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Bottom line? we've been there for 2 weddings. Both times they tell you what you want to hear and then come back and say "they dont know who told you that, but its not true" both times the bride ends up in tears. Both times the company DOES NOTHING to help promote you coming back to their store. the contract they make you sign gives you NO recourse. it basically states that if you decided you dont want to work with them, they still get to keep your money. heads up! this is a family owned business. the three siblings own 3 different stores ! the paperwork is the same at all three and the genral attitude is the same at at least two. do not let these people convince you that they are willing to work with you. you will be in tears and out hundreds of dollars
