We're testing a new design in Phoenix, AZ Metro.
It doesn't have all the bells and whistles yet,
but we want to know what you think.
If you prefer, switch to old Citysearch.
Patrons are drawn in by the peculiar name, but stay for the funky atmosphere and Southwestern fare.. In Short Halfway between Flagstaff and Phoenix sits this funny little restaurant, named for an insect-eating lizard that
resembles a spiky-scaled frog. Enter the corral-like entrance and check out a hefty menu of huge steaks and Tex-Mex sandwiches. Plenty of beers (both draught and bottled) for the grown-ups and a children's menu for the kids, entice families as well as the curious passer-by.

Best Prime Rib & Amaretto Sours.
They have the best prime rib available in 2 sizes and strawberry shortcake that is heaped with whipped cream. The atmosphere is great if
you go in the evening and we've heard coyotes howling as we've walked to our car after dinner. This was one of the first restaurants we went to after moving here from Michigan and I recommend this as a great place to take out-of towners.
