Do Not go to this dealership! The salespeople stand outside like sharks swimming in circles waiting to strike! I had bought a car from them 2 yrs ago and got a great deal that's the only reason I went back, but after this last experience I will NEVER go back! They will pressure you into getting into something you don't want, and they will lie to you just to get a deal. I had gone by myself with my kids because I had to get a vehicle (my mistake) thought I could handle it because I've bought 2 other vehicles on my own without a male there and got great deals...... Well let's just say I was pressured into getting a 2011 Ford fusion that had over 50,000 miles on it. We had been there for 4 hrs... My kids were getting tired, hungry, and I was getting tired also. They saw that and took complete advantage of it and me. I took the car back the next day, because all I could was cry that night so I knew it wasn't good! I left the kiddos at home and returned the car. The only way I could get out of the contract that I signed was by staying there and getting into something else. Which I did.... But because of what they did I will NEVER return. I will buy my next vehicle elsewhere!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!. THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Do not buy a car from these people! They are not honest and do not care about their customers. They are out to screw you as much as possible and are not good on their word. On top of that, the contract you sign means nothing. Our family had a horrible experience with this dealership. We purchased a car from them and traded our old car in. We drove what we thought was our car for three weeks. Then, we start getting letters saying our old cars payment was late. We looked into it and found out that the old car was never was paid off. We called Van, and they told us they were still working financing for the car. No one EVER called us to tell us the deal wasn't done after three weeks! It gets better. They called us a few days later to tell us the car we had been driving for a month now, won't work. But, they could put us in a brand new car for only $200 more a month! We said no, and we took our old car back. We still had to deal with two late payments and our registration was past due on the old car since it had been sitting on their lot for a month. We have the old car back, but feel SO taken advantage of from these people. They caused our family a lot of stress, hours lost on dealing with all of this, and late fees on our payment for the old car and regisitration late fees. Plus, they killed our credit! We started looking up some information and found others who had similar experiences. Look up, "Bait and Switch." They did this to our family. No one should buy a car from these people, or this is what you can expect!

Go somewhere else where they value their customers. This is not the place. PLEASE don't put yourself through what we have been through the last month. They don't care about you! They only care about the bottom dollar.

Stay away...they lie. A friend and fellow car enthusiast recently bought a car at Van Chevrolet. When she first got it she brought it to us to look at. The first thing we noticed was that the engine was covered in dust, as if it had never beed touched...so obviously they did not check the oil, filter, and other fluids. She said she got a great warrenty, and a 3-day return policy. Well 3-days later, the car borke down. Apperently they did not perform the 130 point inspection, and they admitted it. The fluid in the radiator was green instead of red (Dextron) so the radiator overheated and stranded her. At this point she knew this was not the vehicle for her so she returned it (under their 3-day) guarantee. Thinking this horrible experience was behind her, she started shopping for a vehicle again only to discover that they did not file the paperwork and told her she had to keep the car now. Upon her arrival to the dealership on day-6 she noticed that the car was completely detailed as they tried to cover thier tracks. At this point she talked to the sales manager about thier promises, but he only laughed at her and told her to "deal with it". So she is now filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bereau, and Federal Trade Commission, and has retained a lawyer for a civil claim. It's sad that such a large dealership would resort to such tactics and treat thier customers so poorly. I for one would never recommend them, nor would I give them any business.
