Ok, but not just the ribs. The ceasar salad is delish. The cornbread is sweet and spicy (i think jalepenos). Not to mention the service is friendly, personal and NOT pushy! Our server's name was Miles... I hope they are all as good as him! I'm sure they are...
Pros: pretty much everything
Cons: no seating of more than 6...

If you are yearning for the best skillet cornbread, visit Bandera! I was recently diagnosed with lactose-intolerance, but this is not the reason I've stopped going to Bandera for my cornbread fix... no, I stopped going because the last time I went, I ate a whole piece (6-inch diameter?) PLUS a quarter of a second one! I've given up cheeses, delectable desserts (brownie obsession; white chocolate, chocolate, and rum bread puddings; pumpkin cheesecakes; and tiramisu!), NYPD calzones, Nello's pizzas, and crabcakes because of my intolerance, but I'll gladly suffer for Bandera's cornbread anytime--I just need someone else to share an order with. Honestly, I've visited only four times, and I've ordered the cornbread each time, so I haven't been able to sample much of anything else. I have tried the rotisserie chicken sandwich (with cornbread substituting for my side dish!). Highly recommended. The enchilada is also very good. The coworker who recommended my trying the cornbread also told me to try the smoked salmon appetizer... I'll have to take his word for it, because I know that if I ever make my way to Old Town Scottsdale's Bandera, it'll only be for one thing...
Pros: Great food, ambience
Cons: Long wait times
