I really love this studio! The best yoga studio in the valley

I really love this studio! They have such great teachers and they have two studios. I go to the Chandler studio because it is around the corner from my home but the Tempe studio is really pretty. In Chandler, I like to attend their heated classes and after class I can go to Pita Jungle or grab something from Sprouts.

• Pros: Really great teachers- Patricia, Jeff, Aaron, Josh, Meredith, they know thier stuff and are quite popular.
• Cons: none that i can think of

Wow, wow,wow!

Yoga Dosha closed thier doors and Inner Vision Yoga took over. I attended the first class held- Ying Yang Yoga with Jeff, an owner of the studio and it was packed but he is an amazing teacher! I decided to stick around and take a heated class with Meredith and WOW, room was also packed. She had several new students in class but she managed to lead the class so effortlessly challenging us and making us laugh at the same time. I will be back.

• Pros: GREAT TEACHERS
• Cons: none i can think of

Great Yoga Studio

Visited this studio during the holidays and really enjoyed the classes. I attended Josh's hot class Monday that I liked- a bit like Bikram but some variations, a softer class- yin on Thursday night with Besty who has a real nice comforting voice but I especially liked Maredith's Level 1-2 class on Tuesday and Wednesday night because I felt challenged and calm at the same time and she made me laugh several times in both classes which is a first for me. I will definately come back and recommend this studio to anyone.
