Not impressed. We read all the reviews and decided to take a gamble on Royal Covers. The work on our screened back porch was supposed to take 3 weeks total, and it is still not all done over a month later. Also, the cleanup crew was non-existent. Metal and sharp glass was left all over our back yard, and we have 2 small kids! Wrong parts were sent out to the house, causing more delays and frustration. Wish I had not paid them in full, since they still have work to complete and we have not heard from them in 2 weeks! Look at other companies before making a decision on this one.…

Royal Covers Mesa. I agree!! Royal Covers Mesa has always been great to us from day one. I first used them in 2008; again in 2009 and now my cover is being replaced because of the Oct. 5 hail storm. Larry worked with my insurance company and got us more replacement parts than we expected. They even replaced the facia board between my two covers as just a courtesy. Either that lady had a bad - really bad - day or she was the one who was rude and unappreciative.…

Arizona's best resource for everything shade related!. I don't know what the last lady was thinking when she wrote her comment about Royal but they are a great company! I have known them for years and have worked hand in hand on a number of projects with them. They are attentive, professional, and experts in the industry.
