I do not have the names of the movers, but they arrived in an apartment complex on a Saturday Morning before 8 AM to move a neighbor. Instead of parking away from the buildings, they chose to park their truck directly next to everyone's bedroom windows, and proceeded to yell to each other at the top of their voice. When asked to be more quiet, they became worse, yelling 'have a good day!' obnoxiously, and getting other neighbors involved. When their office was called, the same attitude came over the phone. The manager did call them and asked them to work more quietly, but it only got worse. I have been in the furniture business for over 12 years, and our guys are polite, considerate of everyone, and as quiet as can be while moving. We begin our local routes at 7 AM. I will say that they seemed to be very efficient during the move.…

I suffered a family emergency on Sunday and needed a one bedroom house packed and moved as soon as possible. I called about 10 am Sunday and spoke to James to ask if it could be done Monday morning>Arizona Discount Movers already had a completly full schedual. However, James went above and beyond to make it happen the same day. The crew ( Rene and Carl ) were freindly , patient, and absolutly professional despite the fact that I was late to meet them, distracted, completely unprepaired, and had underestimated the work that they had to do. You would never have even guessed that they worked extra hours on Sunday evening, packing and hauling boxes and furniture down a turning staircase, and working around ongoing family drama after already having completed a full day's work. There were no extra charges. I would use Arizona Discount Movers again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone.…

They say one thing, and then they do another. I had a pretty much NIGHTMARE of a moving experience by selecting AZ Discount Movers. After reading online reviews, I thought this seemed like a good company to choose...NOT AT ALL!!! I was between this company and Joe's Smooth Move. My friend used Joe's and loved it, but the lower rate and good reviews (maybe bad reviews don't get up here?) made me select AZ Discount Movers. Let's go over the positives first - short list - I eventually received my belongings. Okay - the negatives -- they were supposed to show up between 4-5pm and arrived at 5:30pm, and due to them being late I could not move in because of my HOA rules. The company owner, John, was not helpful at all. I had to agree to pay for an hour MORE than it would take just to be able to get my stuff the next day. What BS! On top of that, I was quoted a $60 one-time service fee (and still have that post-it note in my office with all the rates) and I ended up with a $80 fee...ripped off!!! And lastly...there was little to no care taken in moving my items. "Discount movers" must mean hurry up at all costs and get to the next move. When I pointed out scratches on my headboard, I ended up later seeing marker over the scratches they made. I have original (expensive) art and I was assured it would be wrapped...nope - never happened, even after I asked. So far, I've noticed damage on 5 items...and I'm still in the unpacking and organizing stage. When I finish my unpacking process, I doubt a phone call to John the owner would even be worth it...you think a small business would want happy customers, but he was anything but accommodating. They will NEVER be getting my business or recommendation...I suggest you go with Joe's Smooth Move instead too. The maybe $50-100 extra it will cost will be worth it when your art, picture frames, wood furniture, and more arrive intact.…
Arizona Discount Movers. This was the second time we have used this business and both times the men were careful and couteous. It was worth the money and we will recommend them to all.
first move. MOVERS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS,PERSONABLE,AND EVEN PRETTY HUMORUS. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER USING MOVERS AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!! I WILL RECOMMENED YOU TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!
