Outstanding

Dr. Greigo pays attention to detail, is very caring and her staff is solid as well. She keeps her appointments on time and sends you check up notices without being too pushy. Offices have comfortable settings and selection of styles of frames are plentiful and are current. Tries to accommodate your insurance packages and works with you on costs. Our family rates her service very high.

• Pros: Works with your timeframes & appointments
• Cons: Parking is shared with other offices. Sometimes crowded, scenario could be better

Great Family Eye Doctor

My daughter's eyes were red and painful. I thought she had an eye infection and I needed to get her in to see someone right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful about getting us in the same day. During my daughter's appointment we found out that she didn't have an eye infection but was over wearing her contact lenses. Dr. Griego told her she couldn't wear contcts until her eye problem cleared up. My daughter wasn't happy, but Dr. Griego explained the importance of not overwearing her contact lenses (she won't listen to me) and the problems that she was going to cause. Her eyes are much better now. I was glad that Dr. Griego took so much care and time explaining to us what was going on. She really made me and my daughter feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Griego, and her staff, for caring so much.

Horrid.

Examination went fairly smooth. Next week was given a phonecall saying my stuff was in. I drive to their office where they tell me that my contacts are NOT in. I asked why they bothered calling, they didn't know. I tell them it is a far drive and they should just mail me my contacts.

A month goes by and I do not receive any contacts. I call them and ask where they are, and they do not know.

A 2nd month goes by and I file a dispute through my credit card company.

By the 3rd month- the dispute made them finally send my contacts that were long past paid for.
