Waitress Stole From Me and Terrible Food. Went to get lunch to go. Had to hunt down a waitress they were all standing around talking. Asked for chicken strips and fries. The total came to $5.41. I Gave the waitress a $20 and she gave me back $14.00. When I asked about the change she said they didn't have any coin change. So I let here steal the .59 cents with the blessing that her day go as she did to me. Got home to 3 flat pieces of breaded something, tasted more like burnt fish than chicken. Never again will I go there and I live around the corner

Beer Prices, Cleanness. Happy hour beer prices are a joke. The small draft is priced a little higher than most bars in town. The large draft is outrageous, it use to be a 25oz for $3.50 then it went to a 24 oz in a plastic glass for $3.50 and tried to claim they was the same size. Then they went to a 22 oz for $3.50 still claiming it was a large 25 oz.

Now the large draft is 20 oz and they are still charging $3.50. So now a 16oz small draft costs $2.50 and a 20oz large draft costs $3.50.Customerss need to calculate and see how they are being screwed when buying a large draft beer. I have measured so I know.

Cleanness: We wonder just how clean the kitchen is compareded to the bathrooms which I have been in cleaner JJons.

The waitress are pretty good in general except for one which is bad and useless. One thing the waitress`s really should start doing is wiping off the table when one leaves and another customer comes in to set at that table, they very seldom do they do this.

We use to go to this Casey Jones at least once a week, we live in the neighborhood but lately its been more like once every 3rd to 4th week.

The so called happy hour beer prices and the cleanness of the place is causing this. I would rather drive 10 miles and have good beer prices and a clean enviroment at least 2-3 of the weeks.

We go back with the hope that Casey Jones gets cleaner and maybe start having better draft beer prices.

The Food gets the 2 stars (sorta good) the beer prices and cleanness gets NO stars.

Flat Beer. We live in the neighborhood and have gone on and off to Casey Jones for years. The food has had it's ups and downs, service is just okay but it is convenient and close. But flat beer at a bar and grill? That is it. When we said the beer was flat, the waitress, who was just ok, said that maybe it was the end of the keg. So we tried another brand, still flat. When we told her she said that maybe it was their tappers. SERIOUSLY? We are easy going but to pay full price for flat beer and then to blame it on the equipment? We are done. My guess is the lines are dirty and that makes the beer flat. So if the lines don't get cleaned and they make their money as a Bar & grill, what else isn't clean? Yuck.

Best Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches EVER. I don't understand why people are leaving nasty comments about this restaurant. They must be those customers that complain about every little thing and nothing in there life is good. We go there all the time and just went last night. Had the best Philly cheesesteak sandwich ever. The service was great, restaurant clean. Great server. Will definetly go there again.

Never Again. By far the worst food I've ever had. Good note, the service was very good. Our waitress was friendly and on top of it, but the food was just gross. The food tasted like it had been drenched in oil before it was cooked. I was sick to my stomach, I couldn't finish my meal

worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Me and my friend went there and we have both been in the service industry therefore understand the dimensions of the job.....when my friend ordered a philly cheesesteak and asked for bell peppers onions and mushrrooms she got RAW, whole veggies that were cold, and they were served with an unnecessary side of rudeness!! They never once asked us what we wanted to drink or for refills she tended to her ignorant drunk friends all night....the bar wasnt even busy so this was not needed.....The bartender/manager was the rudest snatch i have ever seen in my life. It was completely un-called for. and unenjoyable. When my friend phones the official manager the next day he pretty much told her to shove it...and deal with it....and this is quoted from the manager himself "we do not cater to bikers or anytype or motorcyclist at all so tell your magazine review column....they can stay the ____ out!"

Bad experience!. I have gone to Casey Jones for 12 years and was always pleased with the service and food. However, last Friday night we had such a bad experience, I will no longer go back there! My husband was told there were no more long glasses and they brought him his beer in a jug - which left him short on the drink he was paying full price for. After telling the waitress, who was very nice, one of the Bar girls came down with the rest of the drink and SLAMMED it on our table!! Even the people beside us were horrifed!! Her out and out rudeness and obvious annoyance that she had to give my husband what he was paying for was totally uncalled for. That bad experience has lost Casey Jones some of it's loyal customers!

AAA+ Eat, Drink, and watch Sports. Excellent selection of appetizers, sandwiches, and lite dinners. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, Mexican, Italian, or a good old Hamburger, not to mention the BEST Philly CheeseSteak in town. TV's, TV's, and more TV's. This place doubled in size about 2 years ago, cuz you couldn't get in the place, and since the expansion... Well, you might want to get there early. Specials every night, and Thursdays are Bike night if you like seeing some GREAT rides. And the staff is GREAT!!
