Not a good loan company

I have been using BHFC for a loan on my vehicle. I have almost a thousand dollars in charges for "not having insurance" on my vehicle, I never get return phone calls and when I do it's because my payment was a day late! GIVE ME A BREAK!!! If you are considering using BHFC, I would look at other options , I most definately will NOT be using BHFC in the future!

• Pros: The finance with bad credit
• Cons: they don't return phone calls, the make up things as they go along, and add charges for no reason.

I have been with BFCH for almost year. They take out the payment auto and I keep my insurance in perfect condition. Tried to get a hold of them once no luck, but overall good company.

this company helped me when i was desperate and needed a vehicle. they sold me a vehicle that had a bad trany and with in an hour of buying it the truck didnt work. needless to say i fixed it and a year later they reposess it because i was 45 days behind on my note!! the lady that i have dealt with is a total bi@#* she was very rude and ignorant. i think her name was claudia or something. as far as them never calling me or being able to get ahold of them its been no prob. they call on sunday and even as late as 9.00 pm on any given day. but to get ahold of the bi@#* is a total diff story she cant be reached. to get back to the point of my story bhfc has been a joke from day one and the are aholes and dont give a damn about you and your family. you would be better off throwing your money away and kissing your a@* goodbye than goung with BHFC they stink!!!!!!!

RUN AWAY! IT'S A TRAP

I had my car financed through them, and ontop of them " not receiving payments " or claiming that i didn't have insurance when i did, it's been two years since i've paid off my loan, and i STILL have not received the title to my car. They don't return my phonecalls, they don't seem to give a damn about anything unless you don't pay them when they think they should be paid.

I have had no problems with them to date...been financing a vehicle through them for almost 3 years now...I have not experienced anything that others are speaking of and I hope I don't, of course...they have been straight forward with me with no glitches whatsoever...

Con Artists

On 5 separate occasions, BHFC has tried to extort $50 from me for "failure to maintain proper insurance," when in fact I had the insurance company call them directly to state there was never a lapse in car insurance at all. They have no website to show account balance, etc. There isn't even a year-end summary sent out to their customers. I visualize this business as one fat guy in his underwear living in his parent's basement with an answering machine that never gets played back. It's a shame that I can't give 0 stars. Stay away from them.

• Cons: Have never gotten a human to answer the phone yet.

Terrible customer service, very unprofessioal, nightmare of a company

This is by far the most unprofessional company that I have ever done buisness with. They dont keep proper notes, they are rude, and should have their buisness license revoked. Avoid a nightmare and go with a different company.
