Crappy Customer Service

Well, after receiving poor phone service calling about a product, I don't think I will ever be shopping there! Wow and they had a bad review all the way back in 2007 too... guess they haven't changed a bit in almost two years.

VERY VERY Bad Customer Service - VIOLATE MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

I ordered online, easy as can be. E-mail confirmation came back saying I can pick up my new firearm Tuesday night. I arrive 10 minutes prior to their ADVERTISED closing time and the doors are locked. This after spending 55 minutes in traffic, leaving work early, etc. etc. I write them an e-mail giving them a hard time about closing early and how annoying it was for me to show up and the doors be locked. GORDON'S response was halfway between cordial and "I can't believe a WOMAN just talked to ME like that!!!"

I go back the next night, after leaving work even EARLIER and was told that because of my "status" (LEGAL immigrant WITH A GREEN CARD since 1984), he would need further documentation. Annoying, but no big deal. I got home and put the extra paperwork put together (5 minutes tops) and put it in my car.

I got an e-mail stating he could not sell to me. When I replied asking why, GORDON said it was AGAINST HIS LICENSING. YEAH RIGHT! I have purchased several firearms in this state - never had this problem. My brother, sister and father have also purchased SEVERAL firearms in this state - NEVER HAD THSI PROBLEM.

My lawyer will have a field day with this - not only did they FALSLEY ADVERTISE, but they VIOLATED MY 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHT.

• Cons: VERY bad customer service, false advertising, violation of constitutional rights.
