Pleasant, secluded community nestled in the boulder hills of North Phoenix. Attractive well maintained facilities with a Polynesian flair. Main Clubhouse is comfortable place for cards, pool playing or watching large-screen TV. Rec hall is main gathering place for regular activities, including dinners and dances. Adjacent to this complex is a large pool and sundeck. and a seclued inground hottub. A second pool & hottub is located near the northwest corner of the community. Also available are 2 tennis courts. The property is well managed, and while the rules are strictly enforced, they provide for a clean and pleasant environment.
