What a great place for authentic German sausages!

We had an "Oktoberfest" party for 90 people. All the food came from German Sausage Co. and was Delicious! The sausages, potato salads, sauerkraut and apple cake were wonderful - everyone LOVED the food and can't wait for next year's party (already in the planning)... Why wait? I'm going back for our family right away. This place is amazing. Flavorful sausages made daily plus a great variety of other meats and treats. Smells heavenly when you walk in the front door. Go - you'll be glad you did.

Best Smoked Meats In The Valley

Their smoked prosciutto and their smoked sausages are the best. I never had sausages and prosciutto that good.

Their chocolate is awesome as well.

If you are looking for smoked meats, look no further.

Incredible lunch meats

Forget Oscar Mayer, if you're looking for perfect lunch meats, the German Sausage Co is your best bet. Peppered salami, smoked ham, honey-cured ham as well as a great variety and cuts of meats. Should you need a little something extra, the shelves are stocked with various European condiments and candies. This place is the real deal -- if you speak German, they'll love you even more.
