Consolidated Asset Management

Consolidated Asset Management has the poorest customer service. They never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold for 10 min I've had issues with my door air the first week I was their. It's a horrible experience I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

Worst customer service ever, starting with the President

Never answer phone calls and when they do they are unprofessional and rude! They have no customer service skills! I was a tenant once before and never again am I renting from CAM! They never get anything fixed and properties are poorly maintained! Only the President has his broker?s license and who is signing the leases? Someone not licensed! Isn?t that fraud? They have one manager managing more than one property without a license, isn?t that fraud?

This is a poor company!
