Love Love shopping at saks in phx however shopping in thechanel boutique downstairs with the sales person maddie is the most awful shopping experience ever!

After spending 2600 on many chanel handbags you should have proper customer service as you would when you shop at a high end department store. You should not have service like you are at forever 21!

When you see an old lady with silver hair and red lipstick who obviously seems very unhappy walk the opposite direction and look for someone more appropriate to help you find the right chanel accessorie!

Each department is a boutique to itself, boasting well-trained clerks who not only sell the good life--they set the example.

Who doesn't love saks?

As expected, a great store, exceptional service and fabulous selection. The cosmetics department carries some great brands that I can't find anywhere else.
