Authentic, flavorful, and inexpensive

I tried this family owned and operated restaurant based on Citysearch reviews, and I was totally impressed!
I've been in Phoenix on assignment for several weeks and have been craving authentic Mexican food. I tried a couple of establishments, but found the food to be very cheesy, oily, and usually bland.
The food at Juan's Authentic Mexican is truly flavorful. And so cheap! Three of us had dinner for a total of $20 (including tip!) I would strongly recommend the green chille burrito, it is excellent.

Everytime I am in PHX, I have to stop here. The food is great and it really is authentic mexican food. The staff is also very nice and know most of their customers by their first names. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Juan's is GREAT. When I was in high school the building was an Ohio themed sports bar and the building still leaves a little to be desired and the inside definately smacks of sports bar of the past, but the food at Juan's is WONDERFUL the atmosphere is good and the service is EXCELLENT. Juan's food is amazing and priced VERY reasonably. If you want a great inexpensive meal served by very nice people this is the place for you.

Juan's is one of those places that doesn't look very nice but the food is fantastic. Authentic is the key word. The surroundings and furniture might not appeal to many guests but if you're looking for great Mexican food and a very reasonable price, try Juan's.

We eat at Juan's 3-4 times a week. They are the best in Phoenix and we have tried many Mexican establishments. Family owned and very friendly!!

The food at Juan's is what I come back for every time when I am in town...The family always welcomes you and invites you back...I live in Las Vegas and go back for the Chile Rellenos all the time...
