Still working in tough economy

Dependable has kept me working since Banner laid me off. Sometimes my shift gets cancelled and I don't get a full 40 hours, but it's a lot better than not working at all.

• Pros: They find work for me when I need it.
• Cons: Not always 40 hours

Hired me right back

I took the suumer off but they hired me right back for the new school year. I had to fill out new pperwork to reapply but the school they assigned me this year is so close to my new apt. that I can even ride my bike. YEA!!!

• Pros: Work close to home.
• Cons: Long application form

DONT USE THIS COMPANY..THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS AT ALL

WELL FOR STARTERS THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME BACK AFTER I TOOK MY TEST & WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THE ELECTRONIC MED RECORDS CLASS STARTED.THAT NEVER HAPPENED, I SENT THEM MANY EMAILS ALL WITH NO RESPONSE!!! I FINALLY CALLED THEM & THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM BECAUSE I WANTED TO KNOW WHEN THE CLASSES STARTED THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL NEVER DID..... THEN I CALL LIKE 3 MONTHS LATER AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MAIN SUPERVISOR SO I EXPLAIN MY SITUATION & SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD AND PASSES THE CALL OFF TO SOMEONE ELSE SO I DON'T EVEN BELIEVE SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR... THEY TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME I DROVE ALLL THE WAY FROM CASA GRANDE TO MEET THEM & GAVE THEM EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED FROM ME.... I HAVE 8 YEARS EXP IN THE MEDICAL FEILD & I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL .

Great for working around your schedule

I worked there for 14 months and then had a baby. I was able to schedule most of my doctors appointments on Tuesdays or Thursdays and they always worked around that schedule for me.

I took five months off after having the baby and then gave them a call. I went back to work for them and I only work as much as I want to. I am now up to one or two days a week but can go full time if I want to or if my BF gets laid-off again :(

• Pros: As much or as little work as I want.
• Cons: Cannot schedule a month in advance.

ok 4 some people starting 2 work in their field

i work for them about a 1 1/2 had to learn things on my own (training not 2 good) lots of work at first (some staff are rude at times) when i moved out of town i was told i would get first jobs offers and picks cause i was one of their best employee but i guess there wasnt enough work 4 3 employees they had tucson.? i would go back if they have enough work and didnt cancel jobs at the last minute

Always got me work when I wanted it!!

The staffing cooordinator's took great care of me. I left after almost two years, and when I was let go from my full time job, I went back to them and they welcomed me back right away and worked me immediately.

worst place of business do not trust!

If you decide to work for this company make sure you read all the fine print.Do not sign any contract.This company will not let you get hired on with a full time company.I worked with this company for 8 months and they did not let me move on to get hired permanently when the oppertunity came to me.They want to keep all thier employees because they make money off of you.They dont offer any benefits such as medical,dental,401k,holiday or sick pay.Dont be a slave dont work for this company.
