Style (full stop)

Hey Chris, I love your place. Don't listen to those baffoons who critisize the wait. They are the typical face stuffing chubs with instant cratification on their minds. Let em' go back to whatever suburbia strip mall cafeteria their used to. Obviously anything this good is worth waiting for. Dinning out should be an experience. Walk next door and have a drink...talk...relax; then enjoy a slammin pizza in a stylin atmosphere! Style Chris...Full On!
- Pros: Romantic, Stylish, Delicious
- Cons: limited parking
phoenix's finest za

Pizzeria Bianco is truly one of the nicest places to take friends from out of town to show them some of old time Phoenix at it's finest. Everyone that works there is a true professional and know how to take care of their guest. We dine there one a month (at least) and have never had a bad experience. This is a must do on your list of Phoenix fun. You can expect a long wait on most nights but it is worth every minute. Have a cocktail next door and relax.
PIZZERIA BAD

After reading in the USA Today about how great this place was I just had to try it. I even decided to stick out the hour wait at the bar next door. After waiting well more than an hour, I asked the hostess if we were close. She replied she had called us, and we never showed up. Simply not true. She then tried to seat people who had just walked in while telling us we would have to wait longer. After seeing my face she thought better of it. Pizza arrived burned, sodas ordered and charged for never arrived. Staff had no interest in how the meal was. Best as I can tell the only thing this restaurant is good at is serving up a big old plate of rudeness.
- Pros: can't think of even 1
- Cons: poor service, high prices

We have been frequenting Pizzeria Bianco for many years. We referred to P.B. as the best. Things have changed. There are now tangible negatives. For example: 1. pizza and antipasto lack the attractive characteristics they used to have; 2. employees appear disinterested in whether or not patrons are enjoying the dining experience; 3. service tends to be miserable. Recently we did not receive our main course until ninety minutes had elapsed from the time we sat down. People seated half an hour or more after we sat down in some cases received their orders before we did; 4. there is little interest by staff about who is first in line. People who arrive the earliest may find other customers pushing their way ahead of them when the doors open at 5 p.m. No one does anything about that. Goodbye P.B. Sorry about how you have deteriorated. It's a real shame.
- Pros: building itself
- Cons: service, taste
Pretty Good....
by Rob_in_AZ at Citysearch
I used to live about a block away from this restaurant and have eaten there a few times. I thought the pizza was pretty good - not great though - the real reason you go there is the atmosphere and the nice old building the bar next door is in (just stop by there some time for a drink). The service was decent for a place with seating for about 1/3 of the people there. I don't remember the blonde everyone seems to be having problems with though...
