Job well done!. They were polite, helpful and super fast and efficient. They took extreme care with all our belongings and furniture, careful not to ding or scratch anything even though the space they were moving out of was a 2 story town home with narrow stairwells. The place we moved into was a 2nd story loft, which required going up the outdoor stairs to get in the place and then upstairs again to move the bedroom furniture, so it's not like this was an easy task. Great service!. I have used Apartment Movers twice, once in 2007 and once in June 2010. Both times the experience was great. They showed up on time for both occasions, took care not to damage my furniture or my apartment walls (i.e. they wrapped all of my wooden furniture in blankets secured with plastic wrap), and moved everything within a satisfactory time period. The movers were very polite and respectful. The rates were also very reasonable. Based on the two times I have used Apartment Movers I would definitely recommend them to others.…

These guys are definitely the best movers I've ever used.. These guys are definitely the best movers I've ever used. Skilled: Not only do they handle every item, including my big, heavy, awkward couch, with ease and speed, but they know how to make sure nothing is scratched or damaged. Watching them run up and down stairs with two boxes on their back is fun, but watching them quickly and skillfully wrap furniture, move delicates out of the way, and cover surfaces that might get scratched just puts your mind at ease.

Professional: Completely honest and upfront, including if they're not sure how long a job will take. Several times they offered to let me do something myself because it would save me money. (I never took them up on that. :) And they've always made sure to call me back, show up when they say they will, and be totally transparent with me.

Friendly: They're just good guys. It goes a long way. :)

I haven't compared exhaustively, but it seems like they charge a premium over other moving companies because they're the best. I'm happy to pay it, and tip well too.…
