Alan has been helping us with my air conditioning and heating units for several years. Each new home we purchased, Alan has always been the guy we called. He's reliable, honest and never tries to sell us something we don't need. In today's world, it's hard to find an honest automotive repair company and HVAC company. Alan's Air takes care of the HVAC company! We highly recommend giving him a call if you need your unit serviced or repaired.

I have been using Alan’s Air for years not only for my home but for my rental property. Let me tell you, this guy is the real deal. Don’t get stuck with those other AC guys that over charge and under deliver. I would recommend Alan’s Air to anyone who is looking for a honest AC company.

I have had numerous HVAC issues with my newly purchased older home in downtown PHX. Alan and his technicians have always been polite, on time, and fair. They truly run a family based company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ok here it is, I was having a problem with my a/c, the first company came out and said the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced for $2200 dollars. I asked a friend who he used and he said call Alan for a second opinion, boy am I glad I did!! He replaced a capacitor for $125 dollars and my air is working great! I will NEVER call anyone but Alan for my heating a/c needs from this day forward. You should too!!

Alan was great! He came to my house four different times to check on my AC unit and then only charged me one service fee. AND he fixed my AC. My friend reccomended him and now I will do the same. I have 100% trust in them and they have already saved me money.

There's Poor and Then There's Terrible. Probably not still in business. Once upon a time, I was a apt. maint. tech. at a property recently purchased. Prior to company's purchase, Alan's Air replaced approximately 60 A/C units. Virtually every single unit failed and Alan blamed the failures on his technicians. All his repairs were under warranty but he eventually stopped responding to our service calls.
