Some of the best pizza in AZ!. I'm from the midwest and have been in Arizona for over 3 years now. I love pizza and must say that this is some of the best pizza I have had in Arizona. The crust and sauce are excellent and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. NYPD Pizza and other places people always tell me about here (that win the local awards) are NO COMPARISON. I also like how the take out window is set up seperate from the dine in portion of the restaurant. The inside reminds me of an old midwestern bar and nice for a date in my opinion because the lighting is low. I have eaten inside a couple of times and the service was always very nice and prompt. Everyone was really friendly and the owner/manager comes around to make sure you are enjoying yourself.

I have only found 2 other places that are comparable in this state (Pino's on Central) and Gilbert Pizza (TRUE NY style with the oily cheese and all - not listed on this site).

The most heavenly crust made.... Much of a good pizza is about the crust. The Red Devil crust is the best I've every had. It's tender inside without being gummy and the exterior is a chewy crisp wonder! The sauce is fabulous and the toppings fresh. It is to die for...I'd have dinner there every night of the week I was in Phoenix if given the opportunity again. And their hot wings...WOW!

A local Gem!. Hands down the best hidden treasure for pizza! Thankfully someone introduced me to this place years ago. I crave this place. Everything is awesome!

Atmosphere is very typical old neighboorhood bar/restaurant in not the best of neighborhoods. But it is well worth it!

best in phoenix. The pizza is by far the best offered in Phoenix, they also have excellent wings. The bar offers a great atmosphere if you can find a place to sit, the regulars keep this place fun to be during games. carryout is offered and you don't even have to go inside.

the pizza. My office orders pizza from this place all the time. I think it is some of the lousiest pizza ever. It is like cardborad with toppings on it. You can't have good pizza without good crust.

Best Pizza in the valley. Red Devil has the best pizza I've tasted in Phx/ Scottsdale. The crust is just right and if you really want to taste heaven, reheat it in the oven the next day at 400 for 10 min. (Preheated) The dinners are excellent as are the appetizers. The wings are usually good to very good and the quality overall is excellent.

The Best Pizza Anywhere!. I have been going to Red Devil for over 30 years and no other pizza has even been able to compare! They cook there pizza different then any other pizza place I've been to. If you have never tried Red Devil - you are missing out. You won't be dissapointed! This is the closest thing to Italy's pizza you will get!
