Let me preface this by saying, I personally am not the bride. I think any maid of honor out there will agree that wedding dress shopping can be just as stressful on us though! With that being said, the bride and her entourage had a wonderful experience shopping here today. We walked in without an appointment on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and the staff was extremely busy yet we were still greeted with a warm smile. When we asked about shopping they calmly explained the situation and a realistic expectation of wait time and then were kind enough to take our phone number and call us to give a ten minutes heads up since we were staying in the area.

Once we began shopping, our consultant Lindsey asked a few simple questions and then had us browse through some dresses ourselves just to get an idea of the brides tastes. She really encouraged the bride to try a variety of waistlines and styles. Lindsey threw in a few suggestions as well and then we were off to the dressing room. She was extremely helpful in getting the dresses on and off, properly cinched, and pointing out careful considerations. Some of the dresses have seen some wear from brides trying them on but our consultant always pointed anything out and gave a realistic idea of the cost and labor to fix it and the prices properly reflect it. Jamie, the bride, found her perfect dress! Lindsey was amazing and really helped us have a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend both her and Brilliant Bridal to anyone.
