fair exchange (Not Likely). If i could rate this dealership a negative -5 star rating then i would have no problem doing so. With my vehicle warranty approaching an end, i have spent these last two weeks driving around with my engine light on and have wasted my cell phone minutes trying to set up a date to have my car fixed. Mac Sosa is a sweet talking gentleman who will tell you anything to get you into a devils compact with Westlake Financial and the Fair Exchange Dealership. They have done nothing for me or my car besides use my hard earned gas money and valuable time to sit out my warranty IRONIC (for a little dealer with a big heart). In fact their heart is like that big red hearted balloon, patched up and dirty that needs to be tied down otherwise it would float away with no remorse. However, Be Aware that there are 2 Mac's Junior/ Senior , but they are both money hungry Sosa's who will tell you anything to get you to walk away with and unfair exchange. I traded in a Jeep Cherokee worth 5,600 and they gave me an impala that had a ashtray full of cigarette ashes, and had no rearview mirror. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUT MOST OF ALL YOUR TIME ASSOCIATING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AT EITHER LOCATION AT VAN BUREN/ OR BELL ROAD........- YOUVE BEEN WARNED
