Fire everyone including the general manager and start over. The culture of this dealership is such a 1970's car dealership cliche it would make a bad movie. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Let's face it, buying a vehicle (new OR used) can be a stressful situation, my salesman was so easy to work with.I test drove, purchased and took my new car home with in hours. What a wonderful experience.

The staff was very polite and efficient. We knew what we wanted and they did not waste our time. This is my second experience with this dealership and both have been positive.

The customer service at Nick Mayer is wonderful,Everyone was friendly and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for. They helped me through the loan process and spent a great deal of time taking care of me. I love my new Hyundai and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

Each time I have visited the service department, I was made to feel as if I were a "special" customer. The friendliness of the staff, car wash and extra treats helped make the wait less stressful.

My husband and I went to the Hyundai dealership just to check out our options and left with a great car at a fair price.They made the car buying experience a great one for us. There was no haggling or arguing over price, they were very fair and honest. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

I would recommend he entire dealership based on the knowledge and assistance shown throughout the my entire car buying experience.We will be going back to the dealership for service, and recommending them to all of our friends and family.
