What a nightmare! No relaxation at this spa.. Last Saturday myself and my sisters used a groupon we purchased for Plush. It was the worst and most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had. My sister and I were flying in from out of state for a girls weekend and planned to use these. Before we bought them, my sister who lives in AZ called the salon to make sure they had apts available and could accommodate the 4 of us at the same time. They said yes, we made the apt and bought two of these groupons. She also called the day before to confirm. They had it scheduled incorrectly but said they would fix it.

From the moment we arrived we knew they had made a mistake with scheduling.They took walk ins ahead of us and were unable to honor our appointments. They even let it slip after trying to blame us for the problem that this was what happened. Instead of them admitting the mistake, they were rude and very unprofessional. Our one hour pedicures were only 25 minutes. One of the sisters didn't get her massage because they made her stand and watch while other people got pedicures for an hour. Supposedly because of the precisely five minutes she was late. They told her repeatedly they were about to take her back. They didn't even offer her a seat or water. They made us feel horribly uncomfortable and even told the massage therapist for the second group about the scheduling problem and blamed it on us so that their massages were ruined by the uncomfortable atmosphere. We couldn't wait to leave. They treated us like second class citizens because it was a groupon.

I would never return or recommend this establishment.
