Purchased flowers arrangement on groupon for Valentines day. I called and ordered flowers since i would be out of town. The delivery never happened, and no one ever contacted me to say there was a problem. When i called weeks later to find out what went wrong i was accused of giving the wrong last digit of zip code, told i wasn't paying attention when i gave her the address. My only option was to come pick up the flowers myself and deliver them myself. Customer service was beyond bad, the lady who was obviously a heavy smoker was aggressive and accusatory. I obviously will never do business with them again, and i would advise others to stay away from this place.

I had a horrible experience at this shop. I had a groupon that they had misrepresented and the owner was very hostile. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, I tried to leave. She blocked the door so I couldn't leave! It was not only weird, it was frightening. I left in tears.

I purchased a groupon for a large holiday arrangement and didn't use it over the Holidays. Instead I used it as gift to friends for a dinner party. I paid extra to have it delivered which I was fine with. When we showed up that night I was more than disappointed in the skimpy arrangement. A few tulips, some mini roses - for $60?? I think not. There are way too many good florists out there. They won't be getting any repeat business.

Cheap Looking Flowers, Gross Cigarette Filled Shop. Purchased flowers for a holiday recently. Wow is this a flower shop or a 1970's dive bar??? Even with the front door open the shop reeks of cigarette smoke and to add to the bewildering experience there is a large cat wondering around. A nightmare for anyone with allergies. I expect a flower shop to smell like "flowers". I quickly ran in and sprinted out with my arrangement. They were arranged nicely but mostly daisy, mums and poms. I am only assuming that is because they are cheaper then other flowers. To be fair there were a few carnations and one rose. Considering I had to take a shower after being in the shop only a few minuted due to the extreme cigarette odor I picked up in the shop the flowers definitely were not worth the trip over. Even my flowers had a faint smokey odor. I will not ever use this shop again.

This place rocks!. Snagged a Groupon for thanksgiving flowers from Wild Bunch Florist. I went by to pick up the flowers and the folks behind the counter actually expected me and had my arrangement out and ready for me. The arrangement was super nice, long and low for the turkey day dinner table and the flowers were all cool colors. I took the arrangement to my mom and she was thrilled. Wild Bunch helped me be a hero for the day! Check these folks out -- they rock!

PS Also, check out the 'shop' cat. Too much fun playing with him!

Pleasantly Surprised and Very Satisfied. I needed flowers for a funeral the next day and choose Wild Bunch because of their location. Went into the store and it didn't look like a full service florist, so I was a little skeptical. I wasn't able to look through a book of arrangements, so I just explained, in general, what I wanted. I could choose the price I wanted to pay. Walked out not feeling 100% about what I'd get. Oh my gosh!! What a beautiful arrangement that stood out from all the others!! Very fresh roses and other flowers....great color combinations. Nice people.....good service. I would use them again.

Simply Excellent!. Great flowers Great Service. They were pleasant to work with and delivered as requested. I asked that they deliver the flowers the same day I called--They went out of there way to accommodate this request. My request was a bit complicated because of the location, but they took the time to understand and performed perfectly. I will now only use Wild Bunch Florist services when sending flowers in Scottsdale. Simply Excellent!

Elvis is in the building!. Visited this shop yesterday and glad I did. The shop is full of the unusual including a fabulous picture of Elvis. There was a shop dog, three legged and oh so sweet. I ordered flowers for delivery this morning. I left it up to the florist as to what to send. Today I saw the arrangement and it was absolutely gorgeous. Two of the flowers I recognized were orange lilies and dark blue iris. The staff was very friendly and walked me through placing the order. I highly recommend this shop!

Imagination. Though I appreciate traditional style I am definitely not your plain arrangement type of girl; I like imagination, style, creativity, - - basically exotic bouquets. Wild Bunch Florist is a stylish floral designing genius, the flowers are awesome.If you?re a man looking to impress, you need Wild Bunch in your corner.
