Cool Decor, but Helpless Staff. I visited Shotgun Betty's while a visit to Scottsdale for Bike Week in 2011. The weather was perfect, and the biker community was out in full swing. We stopped into Shotgun Bettys one night. The place is really cool, and has some good looking girls slinging drinks. The decor is really western-themed, and is pretty cool. They played good music, and it was a pretty "chill" little bar.

I couldn't understand why the drink prices kept fluxuating during my stay. The first drink was $4.95. The next round, the same drink was $6.50, and my last drink, a plain old Coca Cola, was $4.50? The waitress couldn't answer our question, but I guess it didn't matter. Other than the cool decor, the mentallity of this establishment leaves something to be desired.
