Try Avai. I would like to start by saying I was skeptical. I've always been a "western medicine" type of guy. I had the flu and felt terrible, my wife thought it would be helpful to go to Avai and have an essential oil blend made for me. She massaged the blend on my chest and neck. I fell asleep for a few hours and after I woke up I felt 100% better. I didn't even feel sick anymore. At Avai they know what they are doing. The owner has experience and formal training in essential oil treatments, she has blends for most types of ailments. I would recommend Avai to all my friends.
